What we collect
Your email address and sign-in details, the brand voices you write, the source material you upload (text, links, images, voice notes, video), the posts generated from it, and the social accounts you link.
Why we collect it
To create your posts, schedule them at the best time for each network, publish them to the accounts you linked, and show you your history and activity log.
Linked social accounts
When you link an account we store the access token that network gives us, encrypted at rest and never shown in the app. It is used only to publish the posts you approved or scheduled. Unlinking an account deletes the stored token.
AI processing
Source material and brand voice notes are sent to our AI provider to draft your posts. They are not used to train public models.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the infrastructure and AI providers needed to run the service, and with the social networks you chose to publish to.
Retention and deletion
Your content stays until you delete it or close your account. Ask us through the help center to delete your account and we will remove your content, uploads, and stored tokens.
Your choices
You can edit or delete brand voices, unlink any social account, and request a copy or deletion of your data at any time.
